“BROOM CLEAN” - DEEP CLEANING CAN HAPPEN AFTER PHOTOS

CURTAINS & BLINDS OPEN, ALL LIGHTS ON

Be sure to have all "hidden items for photos" removed prior to the appointment. Great hiding places for those are bathtubs, closets, garage, storage rooms, even inside of your oven...just don't forget to take them out! :) Generally, we do not photograph storage rooms, garages, and/or closets UNLESS they have upgraded, built in cabinetry, professional design, entertainment components, etc.

CEILING FANS OFF

Have all pet evidence removed from photo views (ie, dog crates, bowls, toys, cat towers, toys, litter boxes, etc).
