Property Abstract
This is an important homework item. If you don't know where your abstract is, it is possible that it is at an abstract company. If it is being stored at an abstract company you do not need to physically get it, you just need to email us and let us know where it is. If you have it in your possession/it is in the house, we will just need to get it prior to listing.
